Delicious Smoothie
Healthy & Delicious snack!
Ingredients
250ml milk
1 banana
8-10 strawberries
2 thin slices of ginger
Pour the milk into the blender and add the rest of the ingredients, mix until you get a nice texture. It´s so easy and so GOOD!

ANTI-AGING FACE MASK
Ingredients
1 Carrot (prevents wrinkles and slow down the aging of cells)
2 Tablespoons of olive oil (softens the skin and contributes to moisture)
1 Teaspoon honey (antibacterial, exfoliant and skin repairing) 
50ml Milk (even out skin tone and rich in anti-oxidants)
Shred the carrot and put into the blender, add the rest of the ingredients and blend until you get a paste. Apply to face and leave in for 15min, rinse with lukewarm water.

Ingredientet
1 karrote ( parandalon rrudhat dhe ngadalesojn plakjen e qelizave )
2 luge vaj ulliri ( zbut lekuren dhe kontribuon ne lageshti )
50ml qumesht ( eshte i pasur me anti oksidante)
1 luge çaji mjalte ( antibacterial , exfoliant dhe riparimin e lekures )
Pastroni karrotat dhe vendosini ne blender , shtoni pjesen tjeter te perberesve dhe perzjeheni deri sa ju te perfitoni nje paste . Aplikoheni ne futyre dhe lereni te veproje per me pas laheni me uje te vaket.

3 steps for the elimination of black spots
Eliminate facial black spots at home
Step 1- opening pores with steam
2 liters of water
2 small bags of chamomile
2 teaspoon baking soda
Cover your head with a worm towel for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2 -Facial scrub
2 teaspoon of dark sugar ( brown sugar )
1 teaspoon honey
Massage the face gently  ( without creating scratches ) for 5 min and rinse the face with warm water
3 - adhesive for face
1 sheet of gelatin
1 tablespoon milk
Mix together and put in the microwave for a few seconds . Before you apply on your face try on your arm. Apply where are the black spots . Leave it for 30 minutes and remove carefully,  rinse with cold water and bags of chamomile use them as toner. Put under your eyes for 10 min

Masazhoni fytyre me delikatese (duke mos krijuar gervishtje) per 5 min dhe me oas shoerlaheni fytyren me uje te ngrohte
3-Ngjiteset e fytyres
1 flete xhelatine
1 luge gjelle qumesht
Bashkohini te dyja bashke dhe vendoseni ne mikrovale per disa sekonda. Perpara se ta aplikoni ne fytyre provoheni tek krahu per te dalluar nxehtesine dhe vendoseni tek zonat ku ndodhen pikat e zeza. Lereni per 30 min dhe hiqeni me kujdes, shperlaheni me uje te ftohte dhe tonifikoni fytyre me qeset e kamomilit duke i mbajtur poshte syve per 10 min.

Strengthen your nails 
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon of castor oil
- 2 gel-caps of vitamin e 
- 2 cotton swabs (1 for each hand)
- 1 bowl
Pour castor oil into a bowl, squeeze out the liquid from the vitamin e capsule and mix well with a spoon. Apply onto nails with a cotton swab, leave in for 5min and gently wipe with a tissue. Repeat every day for 2week and you will notice the difference, the nails will be stronger and healthier.

Hair mask with beer 
Ingredients
- 200ml of beer 
- 1 egg white (if you have very long hair dubble the dose) 
Mix the beer with the egg, apply the paste onto your hair and wrap around with a plastic bag or plastic foil. After half an hour rinse with water and wash your hair with shampoo. This mask will make your hair shine and will strengthen the hair roots.

- 1 e bardhe veze ( nese keni floke te gjate mund te dyfishini masen )
Perzieni birren me vezen dhe aplikoni pasten mbi floket tuaj dhe me pas mbeshtilleni me nje qese plasrike ose leter plastike .E lini te veproje per 30 min dhe laheni me uje dhe me shampon tuaj. Kjo maske do ti beje floket tuaj te shkelqejne dhe do të forcoje rrenjet e flokeve.
