Make your own enerybars with 5 ingrediens!
- You will need: milk, oats, honey, cocoa, peanut butter
  1. Put 100ml of milk in a bowl
  2. Add 400ml of oats 
  3. Add 50ml of honey 
  4. Add 75ml of cocao 
  5. Finally add 50gr of peanut butter and mix with mixer 
  6. Roll the mass with rolling pin 
  7. Cut in pieces and fold with aluminium foil 
  8. Put in fridge or leave out, chose how you like...        


Beni proteinen tuaj te palestres vetem me 5 ingrediente!
-Do ju nevojitet: qumesht, tershere, mjalte, kakao edhe gjalp kikiriku.

1. Hidhni 100ml qumesht ne nje tas
2. Shtoni 400ml tershere
3. Shtoni 50ml mjalte
4. Shtoni 75ml kakao
5. Shtoni 50gr gjalp kikiriku
6. Miksoni masen me mikser
7. Pritini ne pjese dhe vendosini ne leter alumini
8. Vendosini ne frigorifer ose i lini jashte, zgjidhni cila ju pelqen ...
